This might be common knowledge, but I discovered by accident. You can buy hub kits pre-assembled and pre-greased (with marine blue) for $50 at Tractor Supply [ http://www.mytscstore.com ]. They go on easy & fast. Tractor Supply is nationwide (U.S.), probably one near you. I have one about three miles away, they have lots of other handy trailer/boat stuff too.In comparison, local boat shops had bearing kits for a few bucks less but not assembled or greased. I understand some old salts prefer to do it themselves, but these were a great option for me.
