Description:
Trailer included in great condition. Brand new wheel bearings 3/11, New tires in 2009 (very few miles on them). 10' trailer tongue extension for those shallow ramps ($400 value). I use my 5 cylinder Volvo to tow her but used to use a 4 cylinder Volvo, she is light! Mast crutch included.

Boat is in great shape. No/very little water leaking. New hatch seal. Newish window seals. All hardware rebedded in 2005.

Interior:
Wired for sound (speakers, amplifier). Interior is comfortable, I have slept 4 and have done 3 day trips with 3 on multiple occasions. Cushions in good shape. Solar vent on companionway hatch

Exterior:
Good condition. Has some chips but no structural problems. Keel is in good shape. New paint in 2005. New bottom paint in 2009. LED running and stern lights. Incandescent steaming light. Newer stays ('99 and '09) Kick-up rudder Adjustable motor mount (ST1000+ auto tiller not included, but is available for sale). Swim ladder.

Engine:
5hp 1999 Tohatsu in excellent running condition. One pull start. Powers to hull speed even in high wind. Sips gas. 3 gallon tank located under cockpit to save room with quick releases for refueling.

Sails:
155% genoa, mainsail, working jib in good condition. Extra travelers for genoa to accommodate her better. (Excellent condition asymmetrical spinnaker available for sale). Whisker pole included.

The boat is very fast for her size. She is a great racer - I regularly pass 25-33' boats! She is also great for cruising. I use her to go the beach for overnights. Her keel pulls up so she draws only to mid-shin height so you can pull her right onto the beach. There we often have bonfires and sleep on the boat or occasionally in tents. I have taken her on many 3 day outings on the islands up on Lake Texoma. She trailers easily and launches easily. She has been very inexpensive to maintain.

Any questions please ask. She is a great boat. I am only selling because I got another San Juan and can't imagine her not getting the use she deserves. I will be sad to see her go.

SJ21 Harbor price / Class price: $3200!
