hull painting on trailer
Any suggestions on lifting my boat a few inches off the trailer to paint the hull under the supports? I was thinking of a couple of floor jacks connected by a strap to raise the stern followed by the bow. I am also using Blue Water Bottom Shield 70 epoxy followed with a topcoat. Does anyone have any experience with this product? Thanks.

I built this to get my keel out.

You wouldn't have to get this complex though. You could block up the stern and then crank up the tongue jack to do the back and then invert the process; jacking up front, then blocking and lowering the jack to get to the front. There are YouTube videos on this technique, though it is a bit sketchy at times...
