Hello
I've almost got her ready to go, still need to install the front window get the motor back from the shop and fix the broken front hatch.
Now I need to figure out the rigging. The previous owner died before i got her, so i have no idea how he had her rigged, and the family didn't know anything.
We are taking sailing lessons, but have never set up anything like this before.
I know we have the mainsail and 2 others,. I think they are both roller furler jibs.
I have the parts for the roller furler, with no idea how it attaches
Any chance someone from the Baltimore/dc area could meet me some where of your choosing and take a look at what i have.
I just don't know what i don't know.
I'm just outside of Frederick.
Thanks,
Jeff
Getting her ready for the water
Re: Getting her ready for the water
Hey Jeff,
Sorry for the late reply! I'm in the Philly area and wouldn't mind bringing my San Juan down for a race
Hope you got the rigging worked out! If not, we can get together in the spring and walk through it all. I spent a day setting mine up with just a pal trying to figure it all out, and then learn on the water what I did wrong lol
