Stock Electrical System Question

My 1980 Mk2 switch panel has 3 switches (navigation lights, cabin lights, and accessory). The wiring disappears into the fiberglass. The navigation lights wires emerge where I would expect near the 2 stock navigation light fixtures. I have not been able to find any trace of the other 2 circuits wiring emerging. I'm not sure how I could miss it on such a small boat. Any hints on their whereabouts?

Pull the electrical panel. There may not even be a wire hooked up. Old ones likely need replacing too, so just pull the panel and do a general clean up. Here is a complete rebuild I did than can help
