Hanks for original jib

Post by isla » Tue May 08, 2012 10:28 pm

I have the original jib from my 1976 SJ21 (#1681). The plastic hanks have started to break and I would like to replace them with the original type, but can not find them. Any ideas?

all of the original Clark Jibs that I've seen have had brass hanks. Maybe one of the sailmakers can help.

I'm with Cal, all i've ever seen are the brass piston style hanks on original Clarks.

not sure if this link will work, but http://search.sailrite.com/?freeText=hank there are a lot of different kind of Hanks available, and I'd think Sailrite has most of them.

if the link didn't work, just search for "hank" at Sailrite.com
