There will be an (large balloon) orange marker 1km downstream (SW) from the start/finish line and another orange marker 1km upstream (NE) which will be the windward/leeward turning marks for the keel boat divisions. The green dolphin .5 nm upstream from the Orange bridge may be used as a turning marker should wind conditions favour and extended course.

The dingy course will have the same start /finish line however the leeward/windward marks will be (45 gal. drums) yellow markers 200 meters closer to the start/finish line than the keelboat marks.

Course maps and numbers will be provided at the skippers meeting.

There will be 3 keelboat divisions , black for phrf rate boats < 170, blue for boats rated 171 to 215 and green for boats rated>216 phrf. These numbers may be adjusted to equalize the fleet sizes.

In particular, owners shall accept full responsibility for the seaworthiness and safe navigation of their boats and the competence of their crew and use their own judgment whether to start, continue or retire from a race in the existing or forecasted conditions. Owners shall draw the attention of their crews to this disclaimer before the start of any race and also to RRS Fundamental Rule 4 (Decision to Race)

I couldn't attach the Pdf file with the results. In B Fleet ( Phrf>170) Krysia Ry Sj 21 2576, with my spouse Christine Bialkowski at the helm on Day one and friend Bruce Hardy as crew took day one with one point in hand as I captained cautiously to maintain my relationship. Christine's first time racing and we took on a cockpit full of water in strong gusting conditions. Christine found the proximity of boats unnerving and raced on day one for 5 of the six races. We raced a Sj 24, Sj 7.7 and on day two a Catalina 27 came into the mix. Day two was light air conditions with winds less than 6 knots. The brand new sails performed beautifully, especially the new genoa on day two. The first race on day two we literally blew everyone away. The last race of the day, Dave Oosthuizen joined the crew as he had been busy with our Jr sailing program in the morning. A lot of fun was had. Krysia Ry took top spot in B Fleet.
Fleet 1 was comprised of Wicked- Rocket 22 , Orbit -J29, Snooker- Schock 35, Makai- Sj 30, Touche Schock- 30, Unawatuna- J29. Wicked won top spot in A fleet.
