We now have a fleet here in the beautiful West Kootenay region of British Columbia. It includes beautiful lakes: Kootenay Lake, Slocan Lake, Christina Lake and the Arrow Lake system, all offering great sailing. My home base is Nelson, on the West Arm of Kootenay Lake. We have five boats in our fleet so far and there are others in the region not yet signed up. I started sailing my Sj Oct of 09, first nationals in Montana, and love the comraderie of the San Juan 21 community. It would be fantastic to actually meet most of the folks out there in our fleets. Hope to hold the Sj North Americans here in the very near future. I plan to attend Coos Bay this year and am working on getting a crew together.
