i love the "just needs..." stuff. Just needs the keel bolt glassed back in. Just needs a mast. Just needs some paint and trailer lights (and port lights, refurb trailer, companionway hatch, 2000 hours of labor). Though in hindsight i could have bought a much cheaper boat given all that i have done to mine anyway and come out a few thousand ahead.
Has anyone ever replaced the bronze keel sheaves where the keel pin attaches to the boat? I took a small chunk of one of mine out as i was replacing the keel pin and wondered then how hard this would be.

Yeah, I actually like working on my old boat but I like being on the water better.
If one had space, maybe between two or three of these one good boat could be had. Start with the Lansing boat and take some of that. . . ballast off of it. . . .
